Short break tariff – two thirds of the weekly price.
Bookings:

We require a third of the price to confirm your booking, The
balance being due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of
your holiday.

Electricity, oil and logs for the fire, bed linen and tea towels
are provided at no extra charge. Towels are supplied for use
in the cottage only, please bring your own beach towels etc.

Dogs are welcome at the cottage at a charge of £15 per dog per
week. Please bear in mind that dogs should not be left unattended
inside the property, allowed upstairs or in the bedrooms and please
pick up after them in the gardens. You are, of course, welcome to
leave your dogs in the outside kennel.

Your cottage will be ready for you to take over at 3pm at the start
of your holiday. Please notify us of your time of arrival so that
we can make arrangements to welcome you and hand over the
keys. Please do not arrive early – time is needed to thoroughly
clean the cottage between lets.

For the same reason, please note that you must leave the cottage
by 10 am on departure day. (It may be possible to have a later departure on short breaks during the winter by arrangement)

In the event of cancellation we will endeavour to rebook the cottage for the same dates. If we manage to achieve this we will, of course, be happy to refund your money, less a 15% administration charge.
